During our recent webinar, we highlighted the key functionalities and benefits of MyBotGP Normal Pathology Filing.

We received some great questions, and here are some responses.

Q- How much does it cost?

A- £499 + 30 pence * patient list. ( Special discount of £199 on your order within 48 hours).

Q-How does it look from the patient’s perspective?

A- They can see no difference; this is only practice facing.

Q- Is MyBotGP sharing data? What about the DATAC?

No data is shared; it’s all kept in practice.

Q- Is access the same for everyone or Role-based?

It’s Role-based access as per ICB requirements.

Q- Is this different to the TPP pathology filing?

Yes, MyBotGP is built purely for this task, and we have clients processing 75 + different pathology tests.   Practices use any combination of logic, i.e. ranges, keywords, age, checking for percentage changes against previous test results, gender) on every pathology test (to determine normal/abnormal), then sms patients

PSA example,

You can ask it to perform multiple checks based on age & range

You can also compare against the last test to confirm the increase

Q- Where does MyBotGP need to live?

It can live anywhere. i.e. dedicated pc, server, hosted machine, etc

Q- If hosted on a PC, does it need a dedicated pc with no user?

Yes

Q- What does the result look like in system one when dealt with by MyBotGP?

The same as if you have done it yourself. MyBotGP replicates what a person does.

Q- Do results need to be archived auto-archived?

It’s up to you; you have the freedom to decide.

Q- What kind of Automation does MyBotGP use?

It uses our own & the acronym is RPA (robotic process automation)
