Set Regime Review Date — process prescriptions if patient is within X number of days
Set Issue Date tolerance — ensure X number of days have elapsed before next issue is due
Exclude controlled drugs or any prohibited drugs listed
Validated repeat requests are shared for sign off and tasks are created for rejected with explanation

Where all guardrail checks are successful, MyBotGP will assign a yellow note to the repeat request (within Patient Facing Services folder) stating all checks have been successful. The Prescriber can simply approve & sign from this folder with the knowledge all guardrail checks have been carried out by MyBotGP.

    MyBotGP has been implemented since early June at xxxx Surgery, the user dashboard allows practices to configure which pathology tests they want the bot to file and set their own tolerances/reference values.
